Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email us at spookytimes_@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to ship anything back.

Order never arrived? If your tracking hasn't updated for 20 business days, email us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
